A rarity in the Howling Bluff portfolio, and not produced since 2013, this 100% stainless fermented Pinot Gris is dry with a nose of mango, lemon-lime, white peach, lychee while the palate is silky with a long finish, and flavours of pineapple, lemongrass, citrus, lychee, green apple.
Pair this with  pork with honey mustard sauce, BBQ chicken, niçoise salad. Backyard BBQ?
