We made this in the style of a traditional French Dry Vermouth, but with enough Vancouver Island character to stand on its own. We precisely blend our Wildflower Traditional Mead with the 2012 Schönburger White Wine from Venturi-Schulze Vineyards in the Cowichan Valley and spirit from Stillhead Distillery in Duncan. We then add 11 different botanicals. 18%
We wanted to create a Dry Vermouth that was perfectly tailored to the best Martini of your life and just darn good on its own over some ice.
