A Bordeaux-styled blend of Sauvignon Blanc (90%) and Semillon (10%). Pale straw colour and loaded with citrus on the nose, this blend is truly and crowd pleaser. Finishing with racy acidity, Batch #1 just begs for some Oysters! From a single vineyard (field blend) on the Black Sage Bench. Sauvignon Blanc was 100% Stainless fermented, and Semillon was neutral barrel fermented.
