Our Pale Rye is distilled from 100% BC rye grain and has been short aged in small medium-charred American oak casks.

The spirit is twice-distilled through our whisky helmet creating a bold white whisky which is then rested in 20L casks for four months and blended.

Not a whisky (as “whisky” is defined in Canada as spirit aged in full-sized casks for at least three years) but it possesses the characteristics and flavours associated with Canadian whisky. Use it in your favourite Manhattan, Old Fashioned or sour cocktail and enjoy the distinctly Canadian flavour of pure rye.
